Shree Shoppe believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- No cancellations will be entertained for those products that the Shree Shoppe marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Sankranti, Pongal, Diwali, and other Indian festivals. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not applicable. No cancellation will be entertained on discounted products.
- Shree Shoppe does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like prasad, flowers, etc.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items like electronic gadgets, mobile phones, mixer grinder, ovens, calculator etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. For books, VCDs, DVDs, the defects found shall be reported within 3 days from date of receipt.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate action.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 21-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
Cancellations and Refunds Policy
We understand that, sometimes you may not be satisfied with our products and hence, you might want to cancel your order. We’ve split the process into two possibilities and want you to know that we, at Shree Shoppe, are here to serve you:
Cancellation request before your product has shipped:
If you cancel an order placed with us before we ship it, we will refund the entire amount to you in the payment mode that you had made it in. Just get in touch with us immediately or as soon as humanly possible with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We normally ship out the same day so do call us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a placed order.
Cancellation request after your product has shipped:
- If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact us at email@example.com. We will see what we can do and get in touch with our courier folks right away.
- If you've received the product and want to return it, we offer you a Return Policy if and only if the box is unopened and not tampered with. Within 3 working days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs and any applicable taxes) or site credit. Please note that opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you. The procedure for doing so is:
- Get in touch with us by calling us at +91 80 4300 0900.
- Have your Order No. and Order date ready.
- We will provide you a Reference Number.
- Write out the Reference Number clearly on the package and send it to our attention at:

Return in case of receiving a damaged shipment.
If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. If you do accept a damaged shipment, contact us immediately at +91 80 4300 0900 and we will get in touch with the courier to have the issue quickly resolved. If you do not get in touch with us within 3 working days of receiving a damaged item, we will not be able to replace or issue a refund for the same under any circumstances.
- Within 3 working days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened and untampered with item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact) and all accessories intact, for a full refund (excluding shipping costs and any applicable taxes).
- Please Note: We have a strict policy of no-refund once the item is shipped with the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us. We will not accept or process any returns of opened items whatsoever, except in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you due to our fault.
- If you encounter problems at a much later date (after the first 3 working days after you receive your shipment), we will not be in a position to accept any returns or issue any refunds.
