Q. What is the guarantee if the mala is not effective? Is there any money back facility / exchange policy?
A. No. Shree Shoppe does not offer any money back facility / exchange policy on Rudraksha because once Rudraksha is worn or used; it should not be exchanged with others. Hence, we do not accept used malas. More importantly, when Rudraksha is worn, the energy of Rudraksha gets neutralised. The negative effect of the wearer when Rudraksha mala is exchanged may be transferred to the other person.
The money back facility is not applicable to any Rudraksha product. It will be applicable when in future Shree Shoppe sells any other product other than Rudraksha.
Q. If the mala is not working, then can I return the mala?
A. Once you wear a mala, it should not be exchanged with others. The effect of the mala on the wearer may vary from one person to another. Various factors such as regular worshipping, practices followed while wearing Rudraksha and body type of the wearer all play a role in deciding the effect of the mala on the wearer. Usually, it takes minimum 40 days for the effect of the Rudraksha to show on the body.
Herein, the best example would be of the antibiotic Penicillin that is used to treat multiple types of bacterial infections. Before administering the injection, a test injection in small quantity is given to check if the body reacts adversely to the injection. This is a perfect example that shows that all types of medicines are not suitable for everyone due to various body chemical composition and hormonal changes. Similarly, the effect of Rudraksha malas varies from one person to another. Therefore, the mala once worn cannot be used by others and hence cannot be returned to Shree Shoppe.
For example, when a medical practitioner prescribes some medicine, all medicines do not suit and show similar effects for all patients. Similarly, different Rudraksha mukhis may not be suitable to all.
Q. In Rudraksha booklet, it is mentioned that one must not wear Rudraksha while sleeping, while having non-vegetarian food and alcohol, while going for funeral / cremation ground, during sex, during menstrual cycle and not to exchange with anyone. If I wear Rudraksha during these occasions, what can I do?
A. If you happen to do any of these things unknowingly then you can perform the purification for the Rudraksha. To purify the bead, put Rudraksha in raw cow milk one night or for three days. Remove it after that and wash it properly. Apply sandalwood oil / any vegetable oil / olive oil / almond oil on it. Then apply sandalwood paste, offer bilwa patra, flowers, dhoop and worship the bead. Wear Rudraksha again on Monday or on Amavasya, Poornima or eclipse day. Chant "Om Namah Shivaya"108 times and wear.
Q. You are using Rudraksha in all malas. Why is the price different for different malas?
A. All the Rudraksha mukhis have different ruling Gods, deities and powers. Each Rudraksha mukhi has different powers and benefits. Most of the Rudrakshas are rare and are very costly. Shree Shoppe buys only original Rudraksha from Nepal which is genuine and is of the highest quality. Shree Shoppe checks each Rudraksha during various tests and energises the beads separately. Therefore, the prices are different for different kinds of Rudraksha malas.
Q. Is there credit card facility available for payment?
A. Currently the credit card facility is not available to Indian customers. But it will be available soon. Right now the credit card facility is available only for overseas customers. Overseas customers can log on to: www.shreeshoppeglobal.com
Q. Can I wear all Rudraksha malas?
A. This depends on the personal requirement and purpose. One can wear them as a single mala after consulting an astrologer who can suggest suitable beads combination for an individual.
Q. If I regularly wear Rudraksha and eat non-veg, and do other things that are suggested as not to do, then what will be the effect?
A. If one does things that are not advisable to do while wearing Rudraksha, then the Rudraksha mala will generate negative effect and one will not get the desired benefits.
Q. Can I keep Rudraksha mala in wallet or bag without wearing it?
A. Yes, you can either wear Rudraksha or keep it in wallet or bag.
Q. For how many days can Water Therapy and Milk Therapy Kit be used?
A. Water Therapy and Milk Therapy Kit can be used for maximum 18 months.
Q. For how many days Rudraksha mala can be used?
A. Rudraksha mala can be used till the life of the mala. If any bead is broken or cracked, discontinue using it.
Q. Can I pay the make payment in EMI’s?
A. No. Currently Shree Shoppe is not tied up with banks and hence, does not provide this facility.
Q. Does Shree Shoppe sell Eka mukhi Rudraksha and individual beads?
A. No. Shree Shoppe does not sell Eka mukhi Rudraksha as Eka mukhi Rudraksha is not available. Moreover, there are no Puranic references of Eka mukhi Rudraksha. Hence, Shree Shoppe does not sell Eka mukhi Rudraksha.
Note: However, we deal in individual beads from 2-14 mukhi and Garbh Gauri Rudraksha, Gauri Shankar and Ganesh Rudraksha.
Q. Can I come and see the Rudraksha product in Shree Shoppe office?
A. Shree Shoppe is an online and tele shopping network. It is not a retail store. We sell Rudraksha only through online and television. Therefore, we don’t display the Rudraksha products in our office. We only provide free home delivery of the product. A. Eka mukhi Rudraksha is a very rare phenomenon. It is not available today. There are no any Puranic references of this bead. Many mysterious stories are associated with this Rudraksha.
Q. Can one wear a combination of different mukhi / face Rudrakshas?
A. Yes, one can wear the combination of different mukhi / face Rudrakshas only after consultation with an astrologer.
Q. Can Rudraksha be used for meditation and chanting mantras also apart from wearing as a mala?
A. Yes, one can use Rudraksha for meditation and chanting mantras apart from wearing as a mala.Please note that the mala for mediation are usually smaller size Rudraksha beads.
