Terms & Conditions

• We require a minimum of 21 business days to deliver your desired product. Delivery is subject to availability of the product and shipment time.
• We are not responsible for the quality of non perishable items. Respective brand owners would be responsible and complaints can be logged directly to them routed through us.
• The products and commodities displayed on website and those delivered may not be exact replicas however the quantity would not differ.
• Any combos or special offers would be updated on the website from time to time.
• In case desired product is not available due to some unavoidable circumstances, similar product nearing the same price, quality and quantity will be made available. Before delivering, permission would be sought on the email id provided at the time of ordering.
• In case of dissatisfaction about the product delivered, you can seek assistance at our customer care id support@shreeshoppe.com. The company Shree Shoppe holds all the rights to cancel any order unconditionally and in case of any discrepancy, whatsoever, the company’s Director’s decision will be held final and to be complied with.
• Orders once placed cannot be *cancelled under any circumstances and no refund will be made.

• If at the time of shipping recipient is not available and nobody is there to receive the parcel, we will re-ship the parcel 3 times (extra cost will be levied for re-shipment), once in a day. Even if after the third try, the parcel remains undelivered, the payment will be refund in the form of store credit to the sender, after deducting the shipping cost and service tax, that can be adjusted in your next transaction.
• In case, the address provided of the receiver is incorrect, the ordered will not be considered late and we will try to contact the receiver or sender (on the phone numbers provided at time of ordering). If we get no replies from either party, we will refund the order amount, after deducting the shipping cost and service tax, as store credit and that amount can be adjusted in your next transaction.
• If Shree Shoppe is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made apart from shipping charges and taxes as applicable.
• Quantities/ sizes mentioned on the website are indicative in nature; there can be slight variations in the product delivered, depending on the availability of that item. The products delivered will be as per the product description on the website. The product delivered will be in accordance to the description provided in order form as per the product code.
• Items delivered cannot be exact replica of the image shown on website but will be similar/close – replica of what is shown in the image.
• We expect you to provide with correct information including email ids, phone numbers and address at the time of ordering. Shree Shoppe will not be responsible in case incorrect details are provided. The customer agrees to pay all the incurred charges whatsoever.
• The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Shree Shoppe and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorney’s fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them Shree Shoppe may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
• We do not provide warranties on any product/ services offered on this website, we disclaim all or any of them to the fullest extent. Our portal does not warrant that the products/services offered will be 100% error-free; we do not offer to correct the defect. We do not claim that this site or the server that makes it available is or will be free of viruses or other harmful components. All warranties or after sale services, if any, by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any item shall be serviced directly by them and we shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.
• There is sometime a possibility of extra charges like applicable Taxes or Duties which are to be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery. Please note that Shree Shoppe does not control these charges as the Taxes are applicable in some states in India and for some International deliveries duties may be levied as per the country norms.
• In an effort to update our customers about the latest information, Shree Shoppe, from time to time, will change the content and the products or services mentioned on this website. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without any prior notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.
